I have both multis, 2 doses of calcium (will take my 3rd now) ... iron before bed. I ordered some calcet so I will have a little easier time remembering calcium, just have to adjust for the calories
I'm glad things went well today. I always hate starting with a new therapist because of all the preliminary data that you have to go through before you can begin to work on the issue that brought you there in the first place.
Don't you have an appointment tomorrow for blood work?
I agree, all the preliminary stuff takes up a lot of time and is just annoying, but I understand why it's important. I think what I hate the most about starting with a new therapist is the fact that it takes a while to even figure out if it's a good match or not. You can't just call them up and ask if they are an idiot, for instance. If you could, you could save a lot of time. And money.
