You can do this with a pkg of taco seasoning too.
I had leftover chili from last night.

I like to mix the pkg in 2 cups of water and pour over chicken since I let it cook all day.  Otherwise, I fear it will dry out before I get home.

Turkey meatballs from Trader Joe's, and Israeli couscous with creamy pesto. This stuff's dangerous. I could easily make myself sick, overeating the pesto. So I have to make myself a small dish and put the rest away immediately, or I find myself going back and sneaking spoonfuls from the pot.

We don't have a Trader's Joes so when we go to ALBQ it is one of the places we always stop and shop.  Just wish we got that way more often.

It was just me and my husband tonight, so I made grilled salmon and steamed asparagus. If the kids had eaten with us I would have prepared a starch.

Chilly day today.  Our heat has been off....and actually the air conditioning has been on since it was 90 last weekend and 40 today.  We came home and it was 60 degrees in the house...I was cold.

Breakfast
Quest protein bar

Snack
sugar free latte

Lunch
salad with gyro meat, feta and a little taziki sauce

Snack
fiber gourmet 50 calorie cheese crackers
handful of dry roasted mixed nuts

DInner
a little of the inside of the Italian sub...my husband has fallen in love with Firehouse subs and actually said on the way home..."You must be feeling too tired to cook today...how about some subs".  Funny since he knew I wasn't tired.

I should be though since some stupid squirrels have taken resident in the attic over our bed and start playing at 4 am the last two mornings.   Pest control comes tomorrow after I get my second SI Joint steriod injection.

Good luck with the move.  I have always found that yard size garbage bags help greatly...from plastic ware in the kitchen, wooden spoons, etc. works great and it is great for clothes too....just sit on them to get the extra air out and tie off for the clothes.  I used to move all of the time when I was younger and rented rooms while going to school.
