What's for dinner - Monday!
I am so HUNGRY! No idea why but whatever. I resisted the urge for an extra snack but DAMMIT it is dinnertime now (I have been saying dammit a lot btw).
That being said, NO idea what dinner will be. None. Nada. Zippo. I actually want to go and get some WW tortillas and Mexican cheese and make myself a chicken quesadilla. Maybe I will!
Here's what else I had today:
1. Click Frapp
2. Curry chicken with a little bit of rice
3. Quest Bar
So far that's about 800-ish calories (damn coconut milk!). So I have room for a nice dinner.
What's on YOUR plate today?

RNY Gastric Bypass 1-8-08 350/327/200 (HW/SW/CW). I spend most of my time playing with my food over at Bariatric Foodie - check me out!
I've stuck to my plan today except I substituted a Stonyfield greek yogurt (superfruits flavor) for my apple w/tbsp of PB.
So it's been Weight Control oatmeal with a tbsp of PB
2oz of leftover roast w/a spoonfull of great northern beans
And the yogurt.
Been getting in my water between coffees. Now I am really wearing out a path to the ladies room. Our receptionist asked me if I was feeling ok I went past her so much today en route to the bathroom.
Dinner...turkey meatloaf. Thinking with kidney or black beans. DH will have some potatoes. Really had a craving for a good meatloaf so I hope this one turns out ok. I just kind of threw it together yesterday when I was making breakfast for the week for DH. Of course, meatloaf is always a throw together, I guess. Otherwise it wouldn't have the always mysterious "Loaf" included in it's name.

Oh not you too!! My husband already called me with the "What's for dinner" question
Ok to be serious here....I dont know. I need to figure it out soon though. The Phoenix Coyotes vs the Chicago Blackhawks are on tonight (go Yotes!!) So they are going to want something to eat in front of the tv that feels like junk food. I'll have to get creative.

So today I have a cold and it's kicking my butt...my eating has sucked, so I'm going to tell everyone so I fix it tomorrow.
B: coffee
L: a slice of Hawaiian pizza my son didn't want (turns out I didn't either but I ate it anyway)
S: whole wheat ritz and peanut butter
D: buffet night...otherwise known as leftovers. I will probably have a few ounces of grilled steak and what my daughter and I call "summer on a plate". It's sliced tomatoes, a little thinly sliced onion, balsamic vinegar (red wine is equally delicious), basil and a drop of olive oil all marinated together. I could eat it every day.
Tomorrow, no excuses...sick or well...I'm eating better.

I worked out with the PT this afternoon. I think she hates me LOL. Kidding... she is awesome. We did "lake loops" - 2min jog, 1min walk around the pond at my work. 20 minutes. then inside for some upper body strength.
She has pretty much talked me into signing up for a Spring Tri in October. yikes.
For dinner I have a pouch of lemon / pepper salmon that I took down to my folks house. I might actually eat it.
B - mint cookie protein/ skim milk
L - roast beef (about 3oz), fresh english peas, deviled egg
S - after workout - 2 Laughing Cow light cheese
D - salmon, WW w/ Flax foldit, cheese, grape tomatoes (maybe some peas?? I love them)
S - almonds and cheese
I forgot I had a SF ice cream after lunch, so no foldit with the salmon tonight
and I am leaving my "Spring" Tri in October for continuity sake :)

But October is the fall, scratching my head here. Oh wait, you meant a sprint triathlon in October. You can do it! The sense of accomplishment is so worth all the training. Believe me, you'll want to permanently display the marker numbers they write on your arms and legs....badges of honor and all that!
LOL didn't catch that.... October is kind of the same as Spring around here though! :)
I looked at the page in depth today... and yes, $75 would certainly deepen my commitment! I am so wanting to do it, but still fighting the negative voices from when I was 353lbs. My first goal is to jog the whole 5k on May 19 that my employer is putting on - if I do that, I will register when I get home for the sprint Tri. I think that would be right up my alley once I prove to myself I CAN do it
