Have you called your surgeon. My immediate thought is it might be an allergic reaction to something. Call your doctor right away.

Is it breaking out like acne? I've heard through posts here that some people had that problem. I didn't.

If it's breaking out like an allergy, definently call your surgeon.

I have read on here from other people, (I have not had my surgery yet), that some people develop acne (if that is the kind of breaking out you are talking about) as the toxins began leaving your body that had been stored in the fat.  Hope this helps !

just do what you normally would have done for acne, if you got it presurgery.

I had the same thing happen to me a bad rash on my chin, then it went to my cheeks.  Allergic reaction to sulfur based antibiotics.  So weird no rash anywhere else just my face.  I thought I was breaking out but as soon as they switched my meds it cleared up immediately!

I had a brief period where my skin started to break out more than usual, but it was several months out rather than a couple of weeks out, but an increase in acne can be a side effect of the release of estrogen.

Mine cleared up on its own after a few weeks.  All I did was use an astringent for acne-prone faces and use a lighter coat of my normal moisturizer before bed each night.
