You have all the knowledge and the experience and all that good stuff behind you... now you just need the motivation to get to it and stick to it.  I'm in the process of bouncing back right now, and I'm hating it.  But it's all on me.

 Damn it I thought that haterade was not available after gastric bypass....ugh I am suppose to reach goal and be my fabulous self just a healthier skinnier version right? Hello we are only human and of course it is natural to feel that way sometimes. But you need to remember where you were and how far you have come. I will tell you I read all of your posts you inspire so many of us. I always think damn I wish she lived closer I bet we would have fun together being Divas with our kids. Trouble in the making actually LOL. Dont you live near DC? I'm coming up maybe we can meet up. I can tell you face to face how amazing you are as a mom, friend, aunt, daughter, and blogger. You got it going on Ms Nik and I am sure that same friend is jealous of you from time to time for some reason. Let's get back to don't hate....congratulate! On with the happier positive Nik.....if you need us to pick you up from time to time we surely will as you lift so many of our spirits on a daily basis.
