Right this very moment I want to...

Be NORMAL
I think my head is genuinely going to explode. Really. I am NOT in a good mental headspace these days. It’s like I have lost my calibration. Yes, yes, I know I’ve been through a lot. I had been through a lot before. And I finally, finally, FINALLY got my footing back and...
DAMMIT!
I don’t like being sad. I don’t like feeling lost. I don’t like not being on top of things. I don’t like feeling scared.
I need…something. But I don’t know what that something is.
And right this very moment I needed to let that out...so thank you all for listening.

It's a really vulnerable position to be in, and you don't strike me as a woman who can be comfortable feeling vulnerable.
I would imagine you're still deep in the grieving process. That's a really tough balance--trying to deal with such deep, turbulant emotions AND still trying to run your life and those of your divas. You've got a lot on your plate, and I wouldn't expect anyone to have their stuff together with all that going on.
Take some time for you. Take some time to breathe and laugh and cry and scream and kick something if you have to. Don't punch anyone though. People frown on that. But maybe an hour of kicboxing at your gym might be a good outlet?
Whatever it is you need, I hope you find it. And I hope your heart and soul can find some peace.

But I have been back to running the last couple of weeks. It's about the only time I don't think about her death (cuz I am trying to avoid mine from falling or my lung falling out or something).
Saturday I did 3 miles straight through before I noticed I couldn't breathe anymore.
