DiVinci Sugar Free syrup makes many flavors one being rootbeer.  I used coconut milk, unflavored protein pwdr, rootbeer flavor and ice.  It was a nice change from my fruit based protein drinks.

Speaking of Tupperware, had a huge party last week and a Partylight party.  When I get home next week from TT recovery, it will seem like Christmas.

 Today I had fage with a scoop of SF.preserves and some Bare Naked sprinkled on top.  We headed out to an A's game today, very exciting, my daughters first game.  It was warm here in the bay so I packed a cooler with food and water and had roast beef slices for myself.  very hard not to munch on all the ballpark goodies, especially an ice cold beer and giant pretzel.  For dinner I had some lamb from a gyro with a tzakiki I made with yogurt.  Quest bar for a snack.
