What are you eating/doing today? Sunday!

Yeah. Breakfast was good. But FILLING.

Well since we got absolutely NO packing done yesterday that will be today's mission. I told the kids if we actually get somewhere in the packing today I'll take them to see Hunger Games this evening. Perhaps that will motivate them...when they wake up. I could wake them up but...the house is quiet.

So eats:

1. I decided to try my hand at making my own sizzling skillet like the ones at Denny's. I put in mine: onions, red peppers, kale, diced eggplant (pan fried, comes out just like a fried potato), some turkey smoked sausage and egg whites w/ raw roma tomatoes on top. YUM! But what the HELL was I thinking with all that food. Had to let the cat accidentally 'find" my leftovers.

2. I am never eating again. (KIDDING!) Probably some cheesecake greek yogurt and a sprinkle of Fiber One.

3. I have chicken thawing to make curry chicken (REAL curry chicken with the coconut milk and the whole nine). the kids will have theirs with rice. I may make some cauliflower rice to go with mine.

That's about all I know folks. Now...back to the mission at hand!  I really don't have lofty goals for this weekend. I just wanted to get all the clothes sorted into bins (had to wash them all first) and then also get pics of everything I am putting on Craig's list. Not much right? The kids will be working on trashing years worth of saved old cottage cheese, butter, lunchmeat containers (why do we save those things forever, people? Invest in Tupperware!)

I'm 5 days post op and have been on clear liquids since Monday (4/16).  Today I got to start protein shakes!!!!  It feels so great to have something other than water or Crystal Light.

Had a latte after working out this morning and just ate a piece of a carmelized onion, broccoli and turkey pepperoni frittata with parmesan on top (yum!).

Figure will have a Quest bar in a couple hours, and dinner will probably be a piece of tilapia steamed with chardonnay, lemon and dill. 

Wouldn't be surprised if a boiled eggs snuck it's way into the day somewhere, but aside from that, I have no idea!  :)

 Started this morning with Fage 0% Greek yogurt with a touch of sugar free vanilla syrup, fresh strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.   

Lunch-Hmmmmm, not a clue yet.  I ran out of quest bars and they wont be here until Monday!!!  

Dinner- Scallops and asparagus

Snack- I am going to make some fresh hummus.  Most likely with some cucumber OR pretzel thins. just depends on how carby I am feeling.  :-)

Today started out with coffee and a cinnamon raisin biscuit. Nice, huh?

The weekend started out with on a tasteful( but totally off plan) on Friday evening with a pure romance party, 7 lively ladies, food, and drinks. Yesterday's hghlight was Mexican and margaritas (and I had 1.5 too many).

Just getting my housework done today and hubby is out mowing. Oy.

I thought of you yesterday as I was running. I was thinking "Kitten would be so proud of me!"

Once I move I will live close to a lovely lake that has a mile long loop. I need to translate my treadmill success onto actual land (in this neighborhood there are too many hecklers and the route where there are no hecklers is one where you could get snatched and killed and nobody would ever find you so...).

But anyhoo...I ran the entire 3.2 miles which for me was huge. And I thought of you. And Paul.

Ahhhh so proud of u!! Meeeeow...

And jealous... Left foot is fine... Right foot is no making any progress. I went to a 5k yesterday for support and was almost in tears cause I wanna run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, girlie, taking it outside is gonna change your life!!. U will do it I just know it!

I had my friend's Great Dane puppy (145lbs) since yesterday midmorning. Oh mercy he is a mess. Last night I was EXHAUSTED and went to bed around 930. He woke me up and kept me up.. 1130, 130, 530, 730 and I put him outside at 930. My dog was in the window waving at him "nanenane".
I will limit this day to feeding my animals, taking the dog home to the next town over and going to work. Normally I would walk or go to the gym on Sunday night, but I work with the PT tomorrow.

B - quest
L - tilapia, onion, cheese, tomatoes
D- figuring on P28,egg, ham, cheese
S - peppers and cheese, maybe greek yogurt and preserves, fiber one

 had a late start this morning (like usual when i have nothing pressing to do). i have a plan i made last night for the day, not sure i'm going to stick to it though since 1) i got a late start so probably won't get 4 meals + a shake in. 2) it looks like i'm having a small pouch day since i can't finish my breakfast. 3) i think i'm just gonna work on papers and skip the gym today and go tomorrow instead since i usually don't have time to go tuesdays (although that gives me more time to eat, but less opportunity to burn lol), although i may feel like procrastinating later and just go. so here's the plan:

b - 1 scrambled egg, small piece of toast, 1/2 an orange. ate all of the egg, about 1/2 of the toast and am picking on the orange.
l - cheese and bacon bit quesadilla
s - iced coffee protein shake
d - chicken, cheddar, bacon soup (it's a rainy day so soup will be nice tonight)
s - apple slices and peanut butter

if i don't go to the gym i'll skip the shake a sub it with a glass of milk before bed. i'm good either way on protein today. with the shake it's 1,219 cals 89 protein
