What's for dinner - Friday!
Boneless pork chops got derailed earlier this week so that's tonights fare. I'll spread a little dijon on them and dredge them in some almond flour with Mrs. Dash and italian seasoning. Some spinach and...yea some veggie I've got hiding in the kitchen.
Day started out a little bad just had a Zone bar. Those are not so good, I know. FF latte later. Lunch was 2 low fat ham roll-ups with Sargento LF colby sticks & a touch of dijon. The "touch" works out to about a 1/2 tsp each. 10 red pepper hummus chips, Target Market Pantry.

Dinner was a grilled portobello mushroom with an apple. I will have the green smoothie later tonight.

My food list is as follows
Bfast (6am) : Nectar cappucino protein shake with 1/2 almond milk 1/2 water (its too sweet if i dont heavily dilute it)
lunch (6pm):Small wendy's chili w/ cheese
Snack (9pm): Dannon light & fit Orange creme yogurt
Dinner (midnight) : 1.5 oz of baked chicken with 1/2 cup string beans
After workout Snack ( 3am) : Nectar cappucino protein shake with 1/2 almond milk 1/2 water
*My eating schedule is different. I work 12 1/2 hrs a night, 3rd shift ...lol..so i'm eating all night vs during the day because i sleep in the day time*

Breakfast - 1/2 bacon and egg taco without the shell - 2 apple wedges, 2 pieces of pineapple
Lunch - 1/2 protein bar, 4 pieces of pineapple
Dinner - rosted drumstick and peas
S - cuties (small tangerine)

I threw all of the following into some foil packets and cooked in the oven: Swai fillets (these are my new obsession - so good, and I'm not normally a fish person), chopped up onions, carrots, brussels sprouts, fresh cilantro, butter, lime, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder & cajun seasoning. This dinner was the bomb and I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow!
