What's for dinner - Friday!

I am HUNGRY!

I had a huge lunch but that was nearly five hours ago. So now I am ready to eat again!

Now if we are talking about what I WANT...egg foo yung. I don't even need the rice, just gimme the egg patty!

If we are talking about what I'll actually HAVE...I dunno. 

But here's what I had the rest of the day:

1. Slice of WW toast, scrambled eggs, sausage patty and a piece of cheese
2. Salad with lettuce, pico de gallo, black beans, pintos, chicken, grilled onions, mushrooms, peppers and a bit of sour cream

Damn...that lunch was good. What's on YOUR plate?

Breakfast was a bowl of oatmeal with craisins in it.
Lunch was some of my homemade chili.

I'm supposedly have dinner tonight with a guy I met on E-Harmony, but he has yet to text me the address of the restaurant. He's seeming to be a little flakey, I don't know if it's gonna work out, but we will see. Anyhoo...it's gonna either be Mexican with him or Sushi on my own, lol

I'm having half a whole wheat pita with hummus.  I've really been craving hummus lately.

There's this stall at the farmer's market that makes the BEST hummus. They make a nice spicy chipotle that I like and edamame hummus. Soooooo good.

I swore I was going to make my homemade pizza and enjoy it, but sister just called and it's now burgers at the lake. Oh well, never one to turn down a nice free meal at the lake! Tomorrow lunch, it's pizza or bust!

 I am thinking of doing pizza tomorrow myself. I have a bunch of veggies I need to use up and a roasted veggie pizza sounds DIVINE!

I'm going to make some garlic/basil chicken (which will also be yummy on my salad for lunch @ work tomorrow), Greek salad, and have some raspberries & jello to finish. One of my favorite meals. :)

I worked out with the trainer for an hour, quick trip to buy horse feed, change clothes and then to a "team building" outing for my job. We went to the Naval base and had lunch, then did a crazy hard scavenger hunt in the huge museum. Took about 2 hours to do the scavenger hunt.... tons of walking and stairs. Tons.
Now sitting down for another 10 minutes before heading out to my nephew's Jazz band BBQ to raise money for their trip to Disney. I am exhausted and have a 5k early in the morning out at the beach.

B - mint cookie proteing / skim milk
L - meat and 1/2 of the bottom bread on a slice of huge sub (they bought a 4' sub and it was sliced in sections); chocolate chip cookie
S - quest
D - bbq... don't even know if it is pork or beef lol, but I won't eat the beans or coleslaw
S - either peppers and cheese or greek yogurt / SF preserves
