OT - Mad Libs anyone?

I used to love these and came across one that has to do with self-esteem.

If you didn't play these as a kid, here's how it works. I give you a series of TYPES of words to supply, then in a traditional mad lib I'd fill the words into a paragraph and read it to you and it'd be very funny.

In this instance I'll have one thread for your words, another for you to fill them into the paragraph yourself. (I'll post that once there are a good amount of resopnses here...those just joining in...no peeking!). I did my own before reading the full paragraph and will post mine below.
