worked out this AM - Jillian Michaels kicks my tu****hen I walked around the Ren Cen building in downtown detroit for 2.5 hours (for work)......I am exhausted. Was gonna try for a walk tonight but I think the Ren Cen did me in!
B: protein hot choc.
S: coffee with cream and splenda (missed my normal snack due to Ren Cen walking)
L: salad with grilled chicken and ranch dressing
S: Iced SF mocha from Starbucks
D: homemade black bean burger (didn't make the balls Nik....hehehe)These burgers are the bomb and I love it with munster cheese
S: hot protein drink of some sort
Man I need a nap!!! Soooooooo tired today.

Hi Nik,

TGIF!!!  I have a busy weekend, need to clean house badly and we are leaving on vacation for 12 days on the 30th, so I need to figure out if I have any clothes to wear and get started putting things aside to pack next weekend.

B- Choc/Click/PB2 w/skim milk protein shake
S - Chobani Champion orange cream greek yogurt
L- 2 slices of cooked ham, 1 cheese stick and 3 large strawberries
S - Quest Protein Bar
D - ?
S - depends on what I eat for dinner

So glad that it is Friday !!!  This is my first week back to work since knee replacement surgery in January.  It has been a LONG three months !!!!  But I AM doing better !!!!!!   :)

B-protein shake
S-apple and pb
L-turkey frank, cheese, and tomatoes
S-probably popcorn
D-leftover chicken, broccoli, and "Niks Cauliflower Rice"  Yummmmm!!!!
S-probably SF ice cream....

 b - finally finished my last 2 slices of bacon! 1/2 a bagel thin. small handful of grapes
l - iced coffee protein shake
d - will be some chicken breast, mozzarella balls and grape tomatoes with some red wine vinegar dressing
s - string cheese, either some grapes or apples, crackers
s - glass of milk before bed

hoping the string cheese, grapes and crackers stop me from wanting popcorn while i watch the movie i rented earlier! (young adult... there was nothing else that seemed too good that i haven't seen so i figured i'd give it a try). 

i made it to the gym today but only worked out for 17 minutes :-( after that much i got the omg i'm gonna crap my pants feeling and made a beeline for the bathroom. had some lovely diaherra for a good 15 minutes. then felt eh, so continued on to trader joe's. i did get off the subway 2 stops early to make up for it though.
