Feeling much better today. I think it's been a rough week for everyone--a lot of people I know are having some emotional stuff going on. I hope the air clears soon.
I went to the pool and swam a whole bunch of laps. I should really count them, but I lose track. Did some ab work, and then taught class. In the water for two hours today. I haven't had breakfast yet. I have this weird paranoia of getting sick and vomiting in the pool, so I don't usually eat before I go swimming. But now it's lunch time and I'm HONGRY.
I'll probably have a protein bar first, and then a hardboiled egg and some lentil salad after a while.
I'm cleaning out my fridge today and making a meal plan so I can go grocery shopping. Not having easy, portable food at the ready is making me bananas. Oh yeah, gotta get bananas too.
Not sure what dinner will be. I'll probably bust out the couscous and meatballs I'd planned for yesterday.

Not much going on today. Work then home to make dinner, clean up & hopefully go for a walk!

Breakfast - protein hot chocolate
Snack - greek yogurt w/ pistachio pudding powder
Lunch - Lean Cuisine ginger garlic chicken stiry fry & half a PB&J Quest bar
Snack - cottage cheese, carrot sticks and an apple
Dinner - turkey kielbasa and green beans
Snack - Skinny Cow ice cream cone

S: 1/2 packet of weight control oatmeal with flax
L: 1/2 a stuffed pepper half - stuffed with turkey and quinoa...OMG GOOD!!!!!!
S: 1/3 black bean burger with 1/3 slice of cheddar and some mayo and ketchup mixed together
D: I dunno - might make some black bean balls and salsa
S: sf hot choc from bigby on my way to my massage - yeah I said it....and boy do I need it!! had my back go out yesterday and thought I would die!

My diet has been atrocious all week. My husband is out of town and I have been just "picking" here and there . I've lost 3 lbs but I feel awful- tired and crabby and weepy. Hormonal dumping? I've gotta get my stuff together. Ugh!
