Me, too.  I use it for at least one dose per day, often two.

What about petite calcium citrate.  You have to take more but at least they are small.

Smaller would be good but I'm not sure more would be good.  I just ordered some Calcet creamy bites, which I love, so that will help.

Upcal D is powdered calcium citrate.  One serving has 500 mg calcium citrate plus some vitamin D (I forget how much, maybe 400 IU).  You can mix it in any drink and it has no taste.  I've also mixed it in stuff like yogurt and you wouldn't even know it was there.  It's also reasonably priced - I think I paid something like $13 last time for 120 doses.

I order mine from Colonial Medical.  I don't think any local stores carry it.

Try making your own ginger tea with fresh ginger.  Very cheap and two less pills.

That's a good idea.  And it seems rather obvious so now I don't know why I didn't think of it!  how much ginger would you use for one cup of tea?

I take a whole piece, peel and cut it then just simmer for awhile in maybe a quart of water. It lasts for days,   If the flavor is too strong you can dilute it in anything.  I use if for extreme motion sickness.
