I could not believe that the guys acted that stupid.  But I guess losing all the weight so fast - they are most likely really hormonal... all the diet and exercise and stress... I bet a day or 2 later after a good night sleep - they really regret their actions.

And I loved when the lawyer read the part of the contract... You know that most people do not read the small print...I do wonder if the read that to them after the guys made the decision to leave and signed on that.
I also wonder if the last 3 did not change their mind at the last moment. Maybe the guys believed everybody was going to walk... But - we may never know.. I bet they made them sign gag order ...a and will go after them if the talk (Mark and Buddy)

but then.... It was a game....The biggest loser does not win - wins the one who can the best play the game and it is lucky not to get eliminated when they have bad week.

Yup, I agree with all of you!  In a season of no excuses, the " I don't want to play because life is unfair" is the biggest freaking excuse I've ever heard and trust me I have used that excuse in my weight loss life a lot! So good riddance to two adults who had an opportunity many of us would love to have.  Made me rethink some of my tantrums with my surgery journey though....what's my excuse when I don't want to play and follow the surgery rules....sigh, I'm get off my butt and go for a walk now
