Having a "don't **** with me lest you want to experience the wrath"  kinda day...........priceless

I packed food...but its one of those kinda days.  I've had the dry heaves all morning and I'm miserable.  Here's what I packed....now the question is if my pouch is going to let me eat more than midol today.

B: protein smootie (I did manage to get this down)
S1: humus,carrots, and tangerine
L: talapia, steamed veggies, creamed spinach
S2: 1/2 apple and peanut butter
S3: greek yogurt (post workout)
D: ?

2nd day of tracking.


Have an appt. with pcp, to get a referral to see my gastric dr. because I am always hungry, possible stretched stoma.

B= 1 slice toast, 1 fried egg, 3 slices turkey bacon
s=protein shake
Lunch-1 can tuna, 1 hard boiled egg
s=protein bar
D= Church, so a meat and a vege and a starch

Took a muscle relaxer last night because the crick in my neck was nearly crippling. I have a high pain tolerance, so that is pretty bad.
Not much accomplished this morning - still have to feed my animals and give everybody fresh water. Should probably get out to the garden and pick english peas and mustard greens, but not sure it is going to happen.

B - mint cookie protein / skim milk
L - shrimp creole
S - peppers and cheese
D - tilapia, cheese, onions, peas
S? - greek yogurt SF preserves

 Today I'm tired tired tired and have my visit from flo for the second time in less than 2 weeks, which is lovely, of course cause I had a planned mini trip out of town with a ...friend...the last time I had it I had a planned trip to the mineral spa..my body loves me sometimes and likes to come on vacation with me...

I'm sore from the gym, did more running than I have previously and my body is telling me that it doesn't like it.  I'm telling it too bad, though doing upper body workout today instead.  One thing that gets me is that when I weigh after what I consider a great workout the day before I'm always up 2 pounds or so..it goes after I rest for a couple days and I know it's probably normal, it's just more of a WTH moment.

Anyways, eats as I know them

B:  Protein Shake
L:  Chili
A/snack - the greek yogurt that has been in the fridge at work for 3 days now..just haven't needed an a snack lately

S:  I'm thinking sovlaki..maybe..or something

Thats it for me today so far.

Half way through the week! Yeah! Not much else noteworthy today tho...

B: toast/egg/turkey sausage
L: tabouleh/pita/cheese/cucumbers
S: banana/greek yogurt
D: mixed veggie shepard's pie, salad
S: choc protein drink

got a Dr.'s appointment this afternoon, it's out of the way from either gym I go to, so when I'm thru with the doc, I'm going home and going to do some yard work (digging, raking, and more raking). I'm counting that as my exercise today, and I'm sure my shoulders will too!

L- chicken salad w/ricotta (1/3 cup)
S-yogurt
D-chicken salad leftovers
