Today is my return to church dinner. The old ladies might not recognize me, I haven't been in so long.

Other than that I  am working, making calls to prepare for the move. It's cloudy and cool and for some reason one of those "emotional for absolutely no identifiable reason" days. It happens.

Eats as I know them:

1. Cottage cheese, strawberries, Fiber One
2. Click Frapp
3. Concoction I made with spicy mustard greens, kale, tomatoes, onions and andouille sausage
4. Quest bar
5. Whatever the old ladies feed me
6. May have a scoop of Edy's No Sugar Added Triple Chocolate ice cream

Good Morning Nik!
You are going through so much right now in your life, it is normal to be "emotional for no reason". Keeping you and the divas in my thoughts and prayers though.
Food for the day -
B - Egg white omlette w/rye toast
S - Atkins bar
L - Protein Shake
D - ????
Lots of water. Disgusted with myself lately and the lack of willpower. I need to get back into the grove of this lifestyle that I have chosen.
Take care everybody!

I don't have left overs and I need to grocery shop.  Those are bad combinations.  I don't know...

Breakfast:  shake
snack:  yogurt
lunch:  dates, walnuts, cheese

that is as far as I have planned, and that is subject to change.

Ok, it's my Thursday so I keep trying to keep that in the forefront of my mind today.  But I really just want to lay down and sleep for awhile.  And have a few problems work themselves out while I am napping.  Hey, I can dream.

So I make what I call "Silver Dollar Burgers" for breakfast sometimes.  Mini-burgers that my husband loves with his pancakes.   I mention this because....

Wake-up: FF Latte from home
Extra wake-up: coffee with FF half and half at office

B:2 left over Sliver Dollar Burgers, Half slice of american, 3 slices pre-cooked bacon, thin sliced

L-2 lunch meat roll-ups, low fat ham and low fat sargento colby jack cheesesticks with a dab of dijon, Oikos plain with blueberries & this new Swerve sweetener I got a sample of in the mail (love my Free samples.  Hip2Save rocks!)

D:Bonless Pork chop, some bean of some sort and carrots.

I'm hurtin' for certain today. Yesterday, I ran and did lower body.
Today, I ran (not nearly as long or far or focused as yesterday) and worked upper body. I quit my run early because I've been getting this knot in my upper left quad, and today it seized up. I rolled it out with a foam roller and stretched really well, but it hurts. It feels like a knot in my IT band. Might have to book a trigger point massage, though that's gonna hurt. A lot.

Anyway, I had a few sips of a latte for pre-breakfast. Having a banana now. Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries and grape nuts for ...um, brunch.

Then I'm having a late picnic lunch in the park with a girlfriend. Have no idea what to bring. I don't really have much food in the house. Might bring some cheese and hummus and ...something. :sigh:

Dinner...? Again, I never know what dinner is going to be. I need to go grocery shopping. I might make some chicken salad. I don't know.

Paul or Kittenlove or someone once advised me not to run every day.

Best advice I could have gotten. I run farther and with more ease when I do so only a few times a week, with one of those being my "long run."

Yeah, I think I'm really going to have to scale it back. Compared to all the runners here, I'm not doing a lot as it is, but compared to my pre-op lifestyle, I'm really pushing myself.
Yesterday was my first run of the week, and it felt so good. Today, I just felt tired.
