I am still pre-op but I didn't really eat a lot today because I've been so busy and I have a serious headache

blood orange 0% chobani
pure protein bar
2oz lean ham, 1 piece of toast, and one poached egg
a whole tomato
and for dinner I was thinking about getting some egg drop soup because I have a sore throat

Am generally feeling ambivalent about everything, so that's reflected in my food for the day.  At least I still worked out this morning.

B - Protein Latte
S - Protein Latte
L - A piece of cheese, some Snapea Crisps
S - 2 squares of Lindt Black Currant Chocolate (approx. 100 calories)
D - Leftover homemade chili w/ a sprinkle of cheese

I'm short on protein, calories and water.  Got my vitamins in for the day at least...

That's awesome about the house!!!!!

I didn't have a real dinner. I just threw some random stuff together. I tend to do most of me meals like that. I need to start eating regular meals lol. Tomorrow i'm going to eat a grilled portabello mushroom though, with cheese and some veggies

A washer and dryer is so fantastic. Like you where I lived before I bought my house didn't have a washer or dryer. I did laundry at the laundromat for 16 years. I am still in awe when I cam go to the basement and throw a load of clothes on any damn time I want. Congrats!

Dinner ends up being a mixed vegetable Shepard's pie; it's fairly good and highly comforting (not that I need comforting but WTH), couple that with a small spinach salad, and I'm content.

I've sort of been "off" quiche lately. Enough that I have it for breakfast.

Today's early meal was 3 baby corns, 6 black olives, 3 artichoke hearts, a serving of cheese in cubes, and 1/3 of a veery small avocado. Calories added up to between 250 - 300. Lots of fat, not so many carbs.

Late meal .... probably just a snack bar with night time meds. (I just had the aforementioned meal, and can't even think about eating again)

OMG...made the spicy mustard greens with kale, tomatoes and andouille sausage.

You would think I hadn't seen a green, leafy veggie in years. Totally overdid it. Tummy hurts but I am chocked full of iron.
