the best recovery of recent RNY, I am 5 days and feel really good I never needed the pain pills....don't get me wrong I do feel it when i eat to fast, I have also learned where my pouch is at...and I do listen to it

My main issue is what do I eat, but reading from this site I am learning that too

I am so glad you are feeling so well after only 5 days!! that is awesome.
Today I had crm of rice , protein drink, 1/2 can split pea soup with FAGE yogurt and a bit of cheese ,and SF popcycles, am going to finish the can of soup for diner

I had protein drink, yougurt and 1/2 cup cottage cheese
I can't eat anything else, plus trying to get my fluids in
