Sunday dinner was Fiesta Chicken in the crock pot.  Chicken, salsa, black beans and corn.  Add cream cheese at the end.  YUM!

Still struggling with nausea, ad infinitum, so I had a glass of milk when I first got up to allow me to take my medication. This is what else I ate today:
1.  Breakfast was Fage cherry yogurt
2.  Lunch was deli sliced ham which I shared with my cat Koa. He loves the ham.
3.  Snack was another glass of milk.
4.  Dinner was sliced fresh 1/4 of a tomato sprinkled with truffle salt. I browned some chicken and then simmered it in chicken broth, white wine, capers and artichoke hearts. Husband said it was "tasty."

Let's hope that tomorrow I wake up with all of my nausea magically gone. Wouldn't that be great?

i simmer chicken similar to that. i do the chicken broth and white wine (white zinfandel is really good too), then play around with everything else. Usually some garlic and onion powder, sometimes some parmesan. occassionally i'll eat it like soup and throw in some mozzarella (fresh, shredded, or both). it's one of my favorite meals.
