What's for Sunday dinner?

Tonight is taco night! I did up too. Made taco-seasoned turkey meat, shredded lettuce, set out the cheese, salsa and had the nerve to make homemade guacamole (with Greek yogurt instead of sour cream).

YUM! The rest of the day's eating? Enhhh:

1. Leftover chicken, brocolli and cauliflower casserole
2. A bit of Ethiopian bread with Mesir Wat (spicy red lentil dip)
3. Click Frapp
4. A little can of Vienna sausages
5. A few flaming hot Cheetoh's

And that, my lovelies, is my Sunday cuz I am stuffed and crampy (damn Flo).

I have drank about four diet Green Teas today so if I put anything else in my body it will be more of that.

 I made baked chicken tenders and mashed potatoes with gravy for the family.
I ate pinto beans with mashed potatoes.

Today was not a healthy eating day for me-- I had oatmeal this morning, after that it has been all down hill lol.  I had PB&J cravings today.. I had 2 PB&J sandwiches today :( ate one for lunch and one for dinner ( on 7 grain bread and sugar free jelly) that was my meal for today. It is a good thing that I walked for a hour today smh oh I did have a protein shake also

 I made a vat...of pulled pork so that's what I had tonight, pulled pork and pita crisps..

Today I barely ate, my bad, was working in the yard before the snow started again..it's melting but dangit!

I had a protein shake for brekkie
and a Bacon Chicken salad for lunch

not bad, room for a snack if I feel like it tonight, but it's a bleh eating day today

Well for dinner I attempted to eat some fresh Swiss chard my husband picked out of the garden just minutes before I prepared it. Along with a small piece of grill pork chop. Something went wrong I had a small bite of pork chop chewed really well then took a couple bites of the chard and it was over. I spent over an hour at the porcelain throne with my face in the bowl. Bummer I was all ready for that fresh chard:(
Any way was kinda munchy earlier today. ( Flo is coming for a visit).
B- a 1/4 of a cheese biscuit ( bottom only, 1/4 of that ) with a tablespoon of sausage gravy. ( I know not a great choice.)
S-1/2 cup of watermelon
L-About 4 oz of a Amy's lite and lean soft taco. ( mostly the filling with hot sauce added) made with organic black beans, and other veggies.
D- As I stated above in the toilet.

 i tried the whole eating 4 times + 1 shake thing today to see if i could add some calories in (i'm playing around to see what i can do to start losing again, cutting back and adding exercise didn't work, so i'm trying going up a little to around 1500), well wouldn't you know i'm still ending up short! at 1,277 calories and 86g protein. if this doesn't work i'm gonna make an appointment with the nut.

b - waffle with light butter and sf syrup, 2 strips of bacon. 
l - 1/2 ham and cheese sandwich with mustard and 10 grapes
shake - vanilla complete whey powder, 4 oz milk, 4 oz water, 1 1/3 tbs international coffee french vanilla (need to switch to the sf of this when i'm done this container... don't know why i got the regular)
d1 - 6 mini meatballs with homemade tomato sauce and 1/4 c shredded mozz
d2 - polly-o 2% string cheese, 10 grapes, crackers
glass of milk before bed
