I am 5 days out and am on a full liquid diet so I guess I will be having all liquids today.  We are taking the dogs to the dog park to play and then my walking will mostly be walking around while shopping.  Wow what a way to get my walking in......yeah.

 Good Morning Nik,

 I am at my sons watching my grandchildren until about noon or so, had my usual Click shake with added chocolate protein, PB2 and skim milk.

Nothing else planned yet, need to clean house and start going through clothes to pack for our vacation to Sedona in two weeks.

 Lunch- turkey sandwich

I spent the earlier part of the morning feeding chickens (they didn't understand why I was swinging them ), rabbits and my horses. Then I got my mom up into her wheelchair and she went outside to be in the sunshine and watch me pick english peas. I pulled up some nearly dry pea vines and let her pick the peas off of them - I felt like Tom Sawyer because she was so excited lol. Then we let her bathe (in the water hose lol ) and I gave the dogs a bath while she sat in the sun again then we brought her in. After lunch I have to change clothes and head to the next town over for Rio's "graduation" training class at Petsmart. Immediately after that I come back to the opposite side of my town for starting a NEW training class. Awesome

B - mint cookie protein w/ skim milk
L - meatloaf, fresh english peas
S - Quest
D - not sure; maybe go by Taco bell on my way home for a taco and some beans?

 b - 2 slices of bacon and a piece of toast with lite butter
l - either a shake or protein bar on my way to the gym
d - don't know yet, maybe some leftovers
s - maybe another shake. maybe some popcorn or grapes. i guess it depends on what the dinner ends up being.

i just want to be lazy but i really need to get working on my final papers. haven't done anything yet except take books out of the library and my first one is due next monday. oops! updated my resume last night and applied for a bunch of jobs, so hopefully i hear from at least one of them soon!

 My fiancee is a corned beef hash lover. She is 5 weeks out from VGS and trying new foods, mushies still. We try to add one new thing a day. She has a bit of canned hash and wanted me to try it or help eat the rest of the can. I am still staying away from potatoes,rice and such but looked at the can....498 calories per serving yuck. 
 So I set out to do better took Nik's recipe and played with it some. Carrot onion garlic deli corned beef pad of butter at the end. 243 calories 14g carbs and 16g protein and really good taste. Score and thank you to miss foodie for the assistance. 

 B- see above hash 

 L- homemade mushroom soup maybe with some shredded chicken leftovers?

 D- mushroom burger patty 

 S- almonds and lots of coffee between chores around the house

Such a crazy busy day.

Woke up to thunderstorms and rain, so I called the gym and asked if we were still having class. No lightning, so I hauled my tuchus in and suited up. Taught two classes in a row--the first for babies, and the second for 3-4 year olds.

Ran a few errands, picked up some baking supplies, and came home to put the kids down for a nap.

Made three dozen chocolate nests for a client. Now I have to make a dozen gluten free raspberry truffles, two dozen caramel-filled pumpkin cookies, a dozen stuffed peanut butter cookies, and a dozen fudge truffles. Super busy today.

Breakfast was an atkins shake between classes.
Lunch was 4 pieces of poached salmon sushi with brown rice.

I also ate 4 leftover dark chocolate eggs (about the size of peanut M&Ms) after I made my client's nests. Oops.

I'm going to have some cheese, crackers, and strawberries for...um, "tea time" this afternoon.

Dinner will be grilled chicken sausages with horseradish and mixed veggies.

If I have room, I'll have my whole-fat Fage for dessert.

 Today I am breaking the hold the rules have on me....and girl you know me..I live by the rules and all that jazz...

Today I am eating what I want in smalller amounts of coure but what I want! Since it is my Birthday...man I am old

B- same old same old..protein in coffee
L- my boys took my out and I had 4oz filet and some asparagus n a couple nachos...yum!
D- not sure what they have planed 

for my special treat I am having some ice cream...hope it sits ok but dang it I want some...

 Woke up, grabbed a protein bar for the drive to sweaty power kick my ass yoga class.  Drank a bottle of water.  Drank a skinny decaf cinnamon dolce latte.  Drank a diet Snapple Half/Half Lemonade and tea.  Planted in the garden.  Planted some pots.  Ate a handfull of cheerios.  Maybe two.  Probably 3.  Ate another protein bar.

And now I'm waiting until I can drink some more water and then drink a protein shake.

I should probably eat some real food for dinner.

For dinner I ended up having a steamed tilapia filet covered with onions and swiss cheese, asparagus and sweet peppers on the side.
I have about 45 minutes before my mom needs me to put her to bed so I will watch TV with her, then I am heading out for a short, slow jog (working on figuring how to breathe / jog all at the same time - never imagined it would be so technical!!)
