 I can't figure out how to take all the medicines I need to take and work in the vitamins/calcium/iron that can't be taken around some medicines. It's making my head hurt.

 Ever since I had my daughter, I can't remember anything. I forget to take my vitamins and scripts all the time. I set up timers on my phone to remember, but now I just shut them off. I need to figure out a better way of remembering to take everything on time...

Mom guilt. I also work outside the home full time, ok really more than full time and I feel guilty for taking additional time for me to stop at the gym, etc. I have to get better.

Lately I've been ducking exercise because of my headache problems but I have been having some pain free moments that I could work in some exercise.  I also have been using the weather as an excuse not to ride my bike and of course my fatigue issues.
As far as eating goes I have been using the excuse, which may be legit or not, that I need to put on some weight, to have extra snacks that usually are healthy and high protein and also since I have been able to eat more I use that as an excuse to eat more then I used to, plus I use it as an excuse to have things like chips in a restaurant or extra cheese or sour cream or guacamole.  So far it has been working and I have put on about 5 lbs that I needed but I am afraid I will get into the habit and not be able to cut back when I no longer need to put on some weight.
