Another Random Poll o' the Week: Confess it and Profess it!
We use excuses all the time.
So...and be honest here...what is your go-to excuse for not doing what you KNOW you are supposed to do in this WLS process?
Whether it's eating right, exercising, water, vitamins we have all (or will all) make excuses of why we can't do it at some point. What's yours?

So...
Exercise: I'm a single mom and I work I tiiiiiiired! (20 lbs. later...)
Food: One of two. #1 - I need to treat myself in moderation. (That one would work except used it yesterday). #2 - I was really active today so I have some calories to play with. (Note to self: calories are NOT Barbies)
Water: #1 - It makes my tummy hurt! #2 It makes me hungry faster! (Techncially both are true but dehydration cares NOTHING about my little excues.
Vitamins: Skipping one dose won't kill me, will it? (Refer to pic below. This is me skipping one too many doses of b12. If you can't see what's wrong with the pic, go take YOUR b12 and come back.
