I had a very active day.
How so, you ask? Well...today I:
1. Went house hunting
2. Did the farmer's market
3. Walked around my new neighborhood
4. Did a full body strength training
5. Ran 2 miles
6. Biked 3 miles
7. Did 100 crunches
8. Took kids to lunch
9. Went to a 2 hour Zumbathon
...and now I am home. And probably going to bed!

Nik, I love you but...you do realize that you don't haveto do a weeks worth of exercise all in one day right? lol
I suspect my shoulders re gonna bother me tomorrow too. My BFF and I took her 2 pit bulls to a dog-friendly outdoor shopping area today and we walked around there for a good 3 hours. Nothing works your arms/shoulders better than wrangling a 100+ lb dog on a leash all day.

Today was completely accidental.
I did the strength training while the kids were in art class. Then they wanted to work out so I did the treadmill with them but I'm trying to re-acclimate to running so I figured I should run. So I did. Then they wanted to do the row machine and I didn't want to so I did the bike instead for three miles. Then my youngest somehow (masochistically?) loves doing crunches so I did those with them.
Then during lunch I remembered I was going to the Zumbathon. And once you're there it sort of overtakes you!
My body is really tired right now. I will probably be sore. And, sadly, the exact same weight I have been for the past two years. Blah.

Not! I feel absolutely fine. Well, except that all these trees are giving off their flower pedals so I am sneezing up a storm. But otherwise...I am ok!
