What (was/is) for dinner? Friday!

 We had pan seared scallops and butternut squash, nice when 6oz feeds two. Early dinner so after I had 3 cucumber slices with tuna salad on them.

I had:

Breakfast - 1 cup coffee & protein hot chocolate
Lunch - half a turkey sub
Snack - greek yogurt w/ strawberries
Dinner - leftover slice of DiGiorno supreme pizza
Snack - rice crispy treat
