Helped my mom this morning, logging off here to go for an hour with the personal trainer, then helping my mom, going to high school baseball game and out to eat for my nephew's 14 birthday. Somewhere in there I need to feed my horses!

B - mint cookie protein
L - meatloaf, veggies
S - quest
D - either turkey, cheese or meatloaf again

LOL I haven't been around a computer and all day I have wondered if I really did this..... post about going to eat dinner for my nephew's birthday and then plan to eat leftovers for dinner. Sheesh

  All 4 kids are home and wound up today. I got up and got some work done an hour or so before they got up. Cleaning is the big job early and work some if I can. Tonight it will just be the fiancee and I.

 B- one egg omlett and Tbs peanut butter

 S- coffee and then some more coffee

 L - ? maybe leftover chicken or some soup

 D- fresh scallops and steamed brocolli for me just the scallops for fiancee, she is still on mushies

 LS - maybe some almonds if need be

I'm totally uninterested in food and drink lately... I'd better step up my game.

B - protein latte (probably 35 grams)
L - 1/2-3/4 c. chili (lots of beans and beef)
D - tilapia maybe?

We'll see... at this point, protein and fluids are critical.

Great that you are working out. It will help with the stress you are experiencing. BTW, I'm so sorry about your mom's passing. I can't imagine what that would be like. Very sad.

One pound down is fantastic, much better than one pound up. Keep up the good work. The cottage cheese and fresh strawberries sound yummy!

 Breakfast- Click vanilla latte
 Snack- few bites of turkey sandwich
 Lunch- curry goat & some red fish (Indian buffet near work)
 Dinner- 3 buffalo wings and about 7 fried green beans (I went to Happy Hour @ TGIF tonight)
