What are you eating/doing today? FRIDAY!!!!

 Doing? Not sure. I was invited to go out tonight but not sure I feel like it. May go to the gym instead. The gym is my zen these days.

Yesterday was weigh day and I was down about a pound. At 4.5 years out, my mother having just passed away and being plied with more carbs than any one human should EVER have to endure...I'll take that pound gratefully.

I decided to take the advice I so often give to others. And it is working. I sort of willed myself to eat on schedule and only eat what I plan to eat. So far that has resulted in super low caloric levels for me. Which, contrary to popular WLS belief, is not a bad thing for someone as far out as I am. I've been staying under 1,200 a day and I feel ok. Not too full, not too hungry. Is this that elusive satiety?

Anyway, eats for today, as I know them:

1. Chocolate protein shake as soon as I get off my lazy duff to make it
2. I may do a repeat of yesterday and do a turkey breast/ham Subway sub
3. Quest bar
4. MY dinner will probably either be leftover chicken, brocolli and cauliflower casserole or shrimp and eggs. Either option is yummy.
5. 1/2 cup cottage cheese with a cup of fresh sliced strawberries and 1/2 c. Fiber One

As I'm sitting here I've got a roofer scraping the old asphault shingles off my roof right over my head. Sounds as if he's coming through the roof into the den. Oh well, it's a new roof...yeah. I'm home-owner happy but pocket book broke.

B: egg casserole/turkey sausage/fruit
L: taco casserole/veggies/strawberries
S: String Cheese/deli turkey
S: Quest Protein Bar
D: salsa chicken, rice and veggies

Have piano lesson, and workouts after work. Then to bed at a decent hour because I work a New Student Admissions Day tomorrow. Please let Sunday come very, very soon!

 Had a great time at the gym, even if the owners/workers were the most unhelpful people I've met before LOL.  Thankfully I know how to use the machines so I just went at it. 

Today I only have till afternoon snack planned

B:  Chocolate Protein Shake
L:  Lasanga Cupcakes and sliced cucs
S:  4 Pita Crisps and 2 Laughing Cow cheese
(Have to hit the gym as if I eat crisps I have to go to the gym..cause I have no self control when it comes to them)

S:  Not sure yet, was thinking mini tacos but meh..yesterday was a hungry day, today not feeling it so far. 

Lots of water and at least a 45 minute cardo, though may do strength training if I can get anyone to help me at the gym with the equipment..that is new to me compared to where I was working out,.

I'm going to the gym....eventually. I'm dressed and I have my shoes on... but I'm still mustering the energy. Thank god for my gym buddy. That helps.

I have a lunch date with a friend today, and then I'm making couscous artichoke pesto to take to my rabbi tonight. She did me a really amazing favor, and I want to show my appreciation.

I bought a pencil skirt that looks good on me, so I'm excited to get dressed up for services tonight.

Bottle of water on the way to work.

B - Greek yogurt, splenda, protein cereal, strawberries, ground flax.

Decaf with splenda and ff nd creamer.

Working on my 48 oz of water before lunch.

L - will be 6 appetizer size turkey meatballs, and 5 cheery tomatoes.  I have an applesauce if I need it.

I have two scoops of Matrix mint cookie protein in my lunch box.  Oh my I want to just eat that all day long!  I literally licked my cup after I drank it last night.  It can be decidedly evil.  I brought one for me, and one to share.  I do not want to share.  :)

Not sure about dinner - I never am.  I do need to get a second 48 oz of water in before I leave work today.

I just got some mint cookie and I LOVE it.  I was just doing a protein shake before early morning gym days, but now I just have it for breakfast every day.. and sometimes snack :)

 Today I am not doing a dang thing! and you cant make me...lol 
Yesterday was so stressful that today is my down day which I so need...But I am so freaking happy and joyful that I cant stand it!

B- 2scoops protein in my coffee
L- leftover taco soup
D- no idea as James is going to geek nite tonight so just me and the kids..leftovers again prolly

S- popcorn maybe? carrots?
