Make sure to go back and check it out at different times of day--when the kids get out of school around 3pm, at night, etc. You'll want to get a good idea of the traffic/noise/kids hangout/neighbor activity, etc.

Thanks! I know this block pretty well actually. I just didn't know that that block was THAT block (if that makes sense, lol).

I am so excited I cannot wait for Saturday. The pictures look decent so I am hopeful.
