OT - Prayer/Chicken swinging/Ya-ya dancing request
So we had an appointment to see a house today. It was...horrid.
BUT there is a house we are to go see on Saturday. I already knew the location was right so really it's a matter of it being a decent house. So after looking at the "oh hell no" house we decided to drive to the other one to check out the block, proximity etc.
It. Is. PERFECT!!! (location wise)
It is:
-3 blocks from the Y (I am a religious Y fanatic)
-4 blocks from the local library
-2 blocks from the grocery store
-3/4 mile from a beautiful lake with a mile round loop
-1/4 mile from the farmers market and...
-(most significant to the divas) 7 blocks from Chipotle and Cold Stone Creamery
The street had:
-trees
-PEOPLE!!! (the first really nice house we saw sat in the middle of a near abandoned four block radius)
-Flowers
-Birds
-Silence
We all decided if the house is decent, we are taking it! We have experience dressing up a house that isn't top shelf. From the pictures I can already tell it's a step up from our current house so...yeah.
So...praying people, pray! Others...swing a chicken, kidnap a leprachaun, whatever you think will give me the good juju for this house to be nice and to get it!!!
I have a good gut feeling about this.
