My meals were super exciting today, Instant Breakfast and ricotta cheese with spaghetti sauce.  I am so hating the protein shakes.  So nasty!  I am going to have to get my protein from my food.  I am trying to drink them but immediately gag and need to spit it out.

ugh that was me too!  It will be over before you know it.  Easier said on this side of the fence...that I do know!  When I was able to eat real food again I was hell bent on eating all of my protein...no drinking for me, unless it was a glass of skim milk!

We had a health and wellness fair at work. It was huge! Vendors from bike stores, running stores, vision centers, hearing testing, Petsmart (pets count too!!) , the MD Anderson Sports clinic (takes care of pro athletes). A couple of the hospitals had folks here doing glucose, total cholesterol and bone density tests. I tested great on all 3! WOOT! Also got information on sprint triathalons from the bike and running stores. And my trainer was there representing our own gym
This has been a weird day... most of the day small pouch, this evening I think I could gnaw on my desktop.

B - 1pc P28 bread, PAM fried egg, ham, cheese - ate maybe half
L - 8oz skim milk, mint cookie protein shake (O. M. Goodness!!!)
S - apple w/ 2 laughing cow cheese wedges
D - turkey, 2 strawberries, string cheese and about 1/3 pc P28 bread with peanut butter (YIKES!!!)

Still have a while at work so I may have another snack... I have a little room as even with all the crazy eating I am at 1089 and I try to not go over 1200.
