I'm about to make a Wal-Mart run to get more packing tape because it is time to buckle down!
I am very, very sore from Body Pump yesterday but it's a good sore. I tell you there is nothing like gym therapy. You can work it ALL out there.
Eats for today, as I know them:
1. Turkey bacon/cheese eggchilada with salsa and greek yogurt
2. I am vowing to find me some Click today cuz I want a Click Frapp! (Not all Vitamine Shoppes in my area have them so I am going to try another one today)
3. Cottage cheese! (First since giving it up for Lent) w/ Fiber One
4. Sausage and Peppers
5. Quest Bar

B- chicky in the basket (fried egg in a wheat toast shell) two bites of pureed ham I had left from honey's eggs yuck
L- plan on having an arby's classic beef w/o the bun
D- leftover chicken added to a small wendy's chili
Lazy day food wise for us but will be cooking for the kids alot
Heading to the gym later to work out my demons...then to therapy..my demons are weighing heavy on me this week.

Pre-run: 1/2 banana w/ 1tbsp peanut butter
Breakfast: Protein Drink
Lunch: 2oz Thin N Trim Honey Turkey w/ a light string cheese
Dinner: Taco Casserole (Thanks Nik!)
Snack: Probably the other 1/2 of the banana and/or a sugar free popsicle
Need to try to get more water in. So far I've only had 36oz.
I'll be heading to my 1hr workout with the personal trainer is just a few, then straight to work. Support group tonight so I'll use some flex time from work to go. Then 4 more hours of work.
B - 2 Laughing Cow Cheese wedges
2 16.9oz bottles of water
L - 1pc P28 bread, turkey, pickle, mayo
S - turkey
D - salmon w/ tomatoes
S - if needed, greek yogurt and SF preserves
edited - I'll drink a lot more water.... 1 at the gym and then I usually get 64oz just at work
PB-Skinny Grande Cinnamon Dulce from Bux
B-Protein pancake and 3 slices of the precooked bacon
L-Not quite sure, really...thinking a yogurt. Picked up some of the Chobani blood orange today, those are so good.
