What's for dinner?

A bit late but better than never, right?

I had a big pouch day but maybe cuz I went back to Body Pump after forever.

Dinner was a large Wendy's chili with TWO packets of spicy seasoning.

Here's what else I had today:

1. Double shot chocolate protein shake
2. McD's Southwest Salad w/ 1/2 packet SW dressing
3. Fiber One 90 calorie chewy bar
4. Small green salad w/ 2 tbsp light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
5. Dinner (chili)
5. Quest Bar

That all clocked in at 1,484 calories, 45g fat, 148g carbs, 45g fiber, 141g protein.

I'm having a big pouch day to and it's freaking me out. I just finished another green smoothie and i'm going to go to bed before i give into the urge to keep eating.

B - green smoothie with kale and spinach
L - protein bar
S - almonds
S - protein bar
D - strawberries and 1 slice of cheese
S - green smoothie

biggest thing is work was SO nuts i didnt' have time to sit and eat a real meal, it was on the go, so i think that didn't help with the eating thing. i normally eat more real food.

 I ended up sick after the holiday weekend..boo..I've hardly gotten anything down since Friday. Today was my first attempt at really eating again. 

B: 2 pam fried eggs 
L: Lunch meat and cheese 
D: Jack in the box chicken fajita pita..with no pita 

Which only puts me around 400 calories..and lacking in protein as well. I'm going to try to have a protein drink later on. However I got raving comments all weekend long over some pictures I posted on FB..that made me feel much better.

calories..578 , 44 carbs, 7 fat, 84 protein, 1 fiber (bad!) 16 sugar...192 oz of fluid...ya it was a thristy day.

Breakfast was a hardboiled egg.
I spent all day eating nothing, just being busy. Not good.
Slamming an Atkins shake right now, to be followed by some greek yogurt. Protein bar for dessert. 57g protein total--not the best, but better than nothing.

This has been a bad day for me... I ate past "satisfied". Dangit.

B - 2 laughing cow light cheese wedges
L - 1pc P28 bread, Turkey, FF Mayo, piece of pickle; fresh english peas from my garden
S - Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Krunch Ice cream
S - Greek yogurt, SF Strawberry preserves, Strawberry slices, Fiber one
D - turkey, 1% cottage cheese w/ SF jello and fruit
S - almonds w/ Babybel cheese

Protein - 79

S - 3 oz leftover swai with about 1/4 cup steamed veggies
L - Dorito taco
D - meatloaf, broccoli, 1/8 cup mac & cheese, small dinner roll
S - small slice fudge brownie cheesecake

Not the greatest day, but not the worst either!

I've been feeling like Ive had a big pouch day all week. I think its just cause I really want to sample some of my son's easter candy but dont want to risk it, so I find myself reaching for something I can eat, but should have eatten it because its grazing... Im back on the wagon today ...sort of

1. Click Mocha drink
2. hard boiled egg
3. 1/2 small Wendy's chili, 1oz cheddar sunchips
4. 1 stick of Sargentos reduced fat colby-jack cheese
5. South Beach Protein ceral bar -peanut butter
6. Protein shake with fresh Strawberries
