What are you eating/doing today? Monday
I have only been up and moving for an hour (worked til midnight-thirty, bed around 130). Probably just another minimum day - tending my animals, washing clothes, going to work. I am going to talk to my trainer about what to do with exercise. My legs get so fatigued and weak so quickly... I know I need to do more leg work but I put it off because I don't want noodly legs when I am working with the trainer.... wah wah wah, any cheese with my whine?
B - 2 Laughing Cow Light cheese wedges
L - turkey, 1pc P28 bread, FF mayo, pickle
D - probably turkey and veggies
S - greek yogurt, SF Strawberry preserves, strawberry
at least that's what I have in mind so far!

Back to school today. It is kind of a relief to be back on schedule. I was able to burn a huge burn pile down to nothing last weekend and clean out a few closets. Then the trauma came when my daughter and I went dress shopping for my dress for her wedding. It was my first time trying on anything new in 10 months. I have been a regular at Good Will. Well lets just say viewing my deflated body over and over again was weird and challenging. Did find a dress that will need altering but is very complimentary and flattering.

I am so exhausted lately - I can't even comprehend what you are going through with the loss of your mom and now having to move.....too much! I am praying for you!
gotta go get some 5lb weights.....I have graduated from the 3 pounders.....yay!!

L - re-fried beans, cheddar, salsa....yummo
S - egg white scramble with veggies and moz.
D - marinated tofu and zucchini
S - protein drink of some kind

Good luck on the new house!!
Today, I woke up and went to the gym. Ran/walked 1.76 miles. It's not much, but it's already more than I did last week. I'm really out of shape as far as running goes. I talked to a personal trainer and asked for a fitness evaluation, so I can get a benchmark. I want to start training for my zombie run, and need to have some idea of whether I'm progressing. He suggested swimming for cardio (yay!) and dirt/rubber track/treadmill running for joint training.
I start my new job as swim instructor tomorrow, so I'm excited about that. :D
Breakfast was two cups of coffee--one reg, one decaf--and a hardboiled egg. Will eat a protein bar in a little while.
Not sure what lunch and dinner will be.

Had a couple hardboiled eggs for breakfat, then part of a Quest bar a couple hours later. Now I'm munching on carrots and greek yogurt dip, yum.
DInner will probably be baked tilapia... and I see a piece of dark chocolate in my future later tonight!
What I REALLY need is to pound some fluids... been slacking off there lately. So I'm on a quest...

Good luck with your house hunting. I can soooo sympathize with short notice moves.
I couldn't have anything to eat or drink this morning because I had a steroid injection into my SI joint. First one and the next in a couple of weeks so hopefully this helps my lower back pain on my left side.
Very late morning:
sugar free caramel latte
Lunch:
peanut butter cracker and a slice of lamb
later:
hot dog from Costco with most of the bun removed
Dinner
probably some leftover sliced lamb and roasted green beans
