Yeah, skinny isn't my goal either but I liked the way I felt in a size 8/10 (when I wasn't being neurotic). It'd be nice to "get there and sit there."

Hi Nik,

I tripped over our dog this morning when I got out of bed (she never sleeps there!!) and went down hard on my one bad knee, I am still planning on walking at the rec after work though!

B- Click/Chocolate/PB2/skim milk shake
S - Choblain Yogurt Champion and strawberries
L - Ham slice, deviled egg
S - cheese snack
D - ? maybe just another shake or left over turkey and veggies from yesterday
S - skim milk w/ miralax!

Thanks! I'll survive!! I was fully awake after that and from now on I will have my flashlight ready to check before I stand up and take a step!! (my husband is retired so I don't put the lights on)  I love that shake!!

I ate a few too many jelly beans yesterday, but I tossed the rest and today is a new day! =)

 I am having a not wanting to eat day...it is all mental. I have eaten way off the last few days due to Aiden stress...3 more days till answers..god help us....

So I am doing alot of protein drinks so I at least get in what I need.

B- isopure green tea
L- click in some coffee

Mini-me and I are sick so its going to be a cuddle on the couch day til I can'****ch Alvin one more time....
Eats, I have no clue. So far its been hot lemonade, half a baked sweet potato, and a bite of ham.
The rest of the day will most likely be broth and protein shakes. Maybe some coffee.

There's a reason why they say buying/selling a home, moving and divorce/marriage are three of the most stress producing events in life!

Long day today, support group tonight, meeting with Health Management grad student at lunch, and an employee benefit health fair follow-up afterwards. Glad to be down 1 pound this morning!

B: egg casserole/turkey sausage/strawberries
L: taco casserole a la Nik/lima beans/crudites
S: ham/string cheese roll-ups
S: Quest Protein Bar
D: salsa chicken/stir fried veggies

Not much chance to exercise today, but I am walking to both meetings so at least that's a wee bit of something, something....

I'm at the point that I'm not so sure what to eat anymore. I still got 40 lbs to go so I'm pressing onward.

B: Spinach, fontina & roasted garlic chicken sausage
S: Coffee w/ 1 scoop click
L: Seafood soup
S: Coffee w/ 1 scoop click
D: Chcicken breast w/ salsa and mozzarella
S: protein shake w/ 1 scoop jay Robb, 1 scoop click, 14 oz almond milk.
