Before leaving work I had a Pinapple Chobani.
Since getting home I've had a Breakstones Cottage Double with Peach and probably a handful or so of m&ms. I need to put the Easter Candy away because if I can't see it I won't pick at it.
Lunch in a few minutes will be tomato and mozz salad.

I had an Atkins shake when I woke up.
I'm about to go eat a hardboiled egg and then a protein bar after that if I have room.

And then today, I'll be going to my mom's for dinner. She made chicken and deviled eggs and sweet potatoes. Afraid I won't be able to update in real time during dinner.

So far today:

1 protein shake (120 calories)
Hubby made hams and egg with cheese. Brought it to me on a saucer sized plate (the only plate I ever use). I probably had two or three chunks of ham, and two or three bites of the scrambled eggs before I had to give it to him to finish. I just don't tolerate non-quiche eggs that well and ham is always slightly tricky.

In another 30 minutes to half an hour I'll make another protein shake

Plans for the rest of the day include:

3 or 4 more protein shakes, likely 3 because I'm never as thirsty at home as at work where I have to talk for a living.. I might also have some almond milk with lite chocolate syrup. For food I'll probably have a slice of quiche at some point (250 calories per slice), and another meal is likely to be artichoke hearts, olives, and cheese (high in fat and calories, not too high in carbs). I might also have a snack bar or two throughout the day. we don't have any easter candy here, so there is no easter temptation.

I can't real time it as I'm about to head out to my in-law's Easter lunch.

b: 2 scrambled eggs w/ a pinch of lf mexican blend cheese, a toasted double fiber english muffin
s: chobani champions greek yogurt
s2 (or lunch?): Optimum Nutrition double chocolate protein shake made w/ 8 oz 1% milk
d: We're going out to an Italian place and I'm not sure what I'll get yet.  I may splurge and get chicken parm and eat a few bites of the pasta along with it.
s: a string cheese or two OR pb on toast (depends if I have the pasta or not)

Our reservations are at 3 pm so i'm not sure what meal to consider it.  :)  I figured I'd have the protein shake to keep me from going crazy with bread/appetizers before the meal.

Depending on my mood, there may be a glass of wine or a mojito thrown in there for good measure.

The second third of it will be consumed by dinner time, LOL.  Hopefully, I will still have the final third left for tomorrow.  Pre-op, not only would I have eaten that one, but probably a second one as well!
