What are you eating today? (In real time)
Let's post what we're eating as it happens. I find when I Facebook my food for a day, I think twice before taking that extra bite, knowing I am about to confess it.
(Having said all that my day, so far, has been hella carby)
So far:
1. Half a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese
2. A handful of pretzel wheels and Cheez-Its (I love being Lutheran, I swear...)
3. Two malted Easter egg thingies
That being said, I am not a big sweets fan so I am not so worried about the Easter candy. After a piece or two I just get sick of all the sweet.
What have you had so far? And remember to check back in throughout the day!

At 7:45 EST I had a boiled egg, turkey sausage and 20 grapes.
I had to make a cru'd'ete platter for Sunday dinner so I nibbled on some cucumber as I was chopping and arranging.

Other than that been sipping on coffee, poweraide, practicing piano (keeps the hands busy so no other munching) and doing laundry.
Okay it's now 12:30 EST having lunch before I go to the parental units home for our version of Easter dinner.
Lunch consists of a Morningstar Farms Garden Veggie Burger on an Arnold Wheat Sandwich Thin with onion and 8 Ore Ida Extra Crispy Easy Micrwavable Fries. This is the first "burger and fries" I've had since probably a year ago. I'm pretty (nope now I'm definintely) sure I'm not going to be able to eat it all, but I wanted to make sure I didn't go into the dinner "wanting" for food. I'm fairly sure I'll be more than satisfied and won't be pickin' at high calorie/high fat things. And oy, the chocolates....
Okay so now it's 8pm...having chicken salsa and the remainder of the lunch fries. This afternoon I ate about two oz of chicken breast, grilled veggies, small spinach salad and about 1/4 cup rice pilaf plus light angel food cake with strawberries and whipped cream.
Oh and I went to gym after the family dinner and did 3 miles on the treadmill plus lower body weights. I'm going to bed very soon!

Well the day is almost done here in Germany but I have had:
breakfast: 2, egg and turkey bacon lumpia ( 114C 8P)
Snack: 2 homemade Protein no bake cookie (100C 10P)
Lunch: 2 oz indian turkey salad, on a low carb wrap with cranberries ( 209C 18P)
Snack: 1 serving of mini Whole grain rice cakes (100C 2P)
Dinner: 3oz Pork loin( fat removed) and 5 or six pear onions ( 115C 20P)
Snack: Protein shake (120C 26P)
No exercise today but I did work, so I was on my feet and walking around a bit. Have a hard workout schedule for this upcoming week so hope to FINALLY get below 200lbs!!
