If it has all the calcium, that would mean 500 mg calcium citrate per capsule, right? It has that much? If it does, then you will not be able to absorb any iron that's in it. They would also be VERY BIG capsules.
Are you sure three of them gives you 200% of the RDA of all the B vitamins AND minerals like zinc, copper and selenium? Read the label carefully.
I haven't seen the capsules yet but I know that the Journey chewables were a TERRIBLE vitamin for us.
