daily vitamin check in
I am not doing so great. I've had both multis, two doses of calcium, and my D3. I've also had my magnesium oxide and my ginger (which I started taking because it's supposed to reduce inflammation, but it kind of has a bad smell/taste so I don't know if I'm going to continue taking it). And I just had my second calcium a short time ago, so I can't take my iron and C yet, and I am hoping to get to sleep soon so I will probably be short that and one calcium for the day. Blah.

Thanks for you help. Sorry to hear your not having a great day. Thanks Pat
I personally don't think Opurity is the best multi to take, but if you are going to take it, I would take two a day.
