Lots of intestinal noise, rumbling, and diarrhea.

I had these exact horribly symptoms last year before I went away for my birthday and for over a week I suffered, no other sicky symptoms just like you are saying.  Finally I got desperate two days before my trip and took some Pepto, yup I know its a Nsaid.  It fixed me.  It was a miracle.  I was literally afraid to fly for fear of ****ting myself before I could get to a bathroom.  I ate normally after the Pepto and I think I took maybe two doses to fix the problem.  Good Luck.  Been there done that and even eating literally nothing before I tried the pepto didnt help.

This is actually an almost three year old thread, LOL. Glad a dose of Pepto fixed your issue.  To be honest, I don't even remember now how I resolved the problem... But probably with Immodium.
