What Are You Eating Today? Friday Edition
I didn't see one this morning, so I thought I'd start.
Pre-spin class: 1/2 banana, peanut butter, Gu Vanilla Bean
Post spin class: other 1/2 banana, protein shake w/ Silk light
L: albacore tuna w/cottage cheese
S: maybe Chobani with Kasih Go Lean
D: Trader Joe's turkey burger patty and sugar snap peas

Still on puree, but the plan for today:
When I woke up: Roadside Lemonade with 28 oz water
B: 1 super softly scrambled egg with a sprinkle of WW shredded Mex cheese
L: Roadside lemonade with crystal light
S: 1/4 cottage cheese with chive
D: Refried beans with sprinkle of WW shredded Mex cheese
Before sleep: Another Roadside lemonade drink
When I woke up: Roadside Lemonade with 28 oz water
B: 1 super softly scrambled egg with a sprinkle of WW shredded Mex cheese

Omg, so busy today.
7 dozen truffles and 2 dozen cookies had to be made, packaged, and shipped out. But I got it all done, weeee!
So now I just have to clean my bedroom and the family room, and I'll be all set for the weekend, huzzah!
Unfortunately, when I get super busy like this, I tend to forget to eat. I had an Atkins shake for breakfast. I need to scarf up some cottage cheese or something here and get more food in my belly.

I had a protein bar for breakfast and a cheese sandwich for lunch. I have so not been in the mood to cook anything lately. I am in the process of making yogurt, I just have to strain it for a couple hours, and then I guess I'll have some homemade Greek yogurt later for a snack. I am making banana flavored yogurt. And I might make some roasted chickpeas later, too. I've been loving those lately.

B - coffee (lots of it) and a chocolate dipped deli-pop chip (only 45 calories and 2 grams of sugar)
S - sargento cheese stick - I think colby jack
L - 1/2 quest bar while waiting for my Murano to get new front brakes
S - polly-o string cheese & 1/2 red velvet protein muffun/cupcake thing I made with a schmear of the cream cheese icing I made - more coffee
Dinner - was going to be cheese steaks but forgot to take them out of the freezer and they are frozen solid - so take out from somewhere.
S - shake of some sort
