Got yours in yet?

All I have left is my iron and C.  I think I'm doing better at getting that third dose of calcium in.

I had them all done until I went to the dr. today and they added iron.  I have that left now.  I am assuming I can take it at bedtime, right?!

Sure, bedtime is fine.  Just make sure it's at least two hours after your calcium.

I am only 3 weeks post op and am having trouble with getting my vitamins in. I have had a pretty upset stomach. Could it be the vitamins doing that?

Maybe.  Does your stomach only get upset when you take them?  The chewables made me nauseous.

I got all mines in. If i am up after 12 am and its been two hours since my last dose of calcium i take another dose. We do have 24 hours a day to get all our vitamins in. Thats has helped me. I also started drinking protein shakes at night i feel that my stomach tolerates it better.
