I'm working from home today so it will be a bit more relaxed although
I have a full 10 hours of work-packed day ahead.

B-Protein coffee drink
S-hard-boiled egg
L-tuna salad wrapped in lettuce leaf
D-sloppy joe (no bun)
S- 1/2 apple with pb (if hungry before bed)

I'm looking forward to the weekend!

Post run: Pure Protein Frosty Shake
Get the kid out of bed coffee:  Latte made at home with a 1/2 cup skim milk
Breakfast: Pepperidge farm VERY thin bread 1 slice with PB2 mixed w honey
Lunch- Not sure
Dinner- Roast in the crockpot with veggies.
Dessert- Glass of Merlot.  

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

 Today is boring...This weekend I have to scour some of the best sights for recipes and make up some variety for my freezer!

Brekkie - Protein Shake
Lunch - Ground beef in taco seasoning, mixed in with cucs and feta cheese
Supper - No idea yet...Maybe my chicken/mushroom/onion crock pot stuff..
Snack - Soy nuts maybe, depending how my carb count is

Lots of fluid..
My vits..already 1/4 through them

And into the gym, I went yesterday and today I have more energy, when I don't go I feel worn out..so it definitely answers my question..

That's it for now!

'morning OH

* Leaving in a few (as soon as my work out pants are dry) for 60 min of training @ the gym.
* Dropping off an application
* Therapy
* popping into Marshalls, then Whole Foods

So far I've had:
B-Vitamins & cappuccino protein w/ 4 oz of milk

Plan to have:
L-Protein Shake (on the go due to busy day)
S-Something yummy from Whole Foods (more than likely cheese & grapes)
D-Rotisserie chicken & broccolini (sp?)

 Good morning! 
Since Monday, I have been in Los Angeles, vising a friend that goes to USC. So, since she is in classes right now, I am relaxing in her apartment, enjoying a few beautiful palm trees outside my window. This is the life! I think I'm going to move here soon. Somehow, I have managed to lose a few pounds since I've been here, which is great! 

Eats for today:
B- Egg whites omilet
L- Eating out, so probably a salad or burger w/o bun
S- Iced skinny coffee from Starbucks
D- Not sure, I'll try to pick out the healthiest item at the restaurant though

 Breakfast- 1 egg over east, slice light cheddar- very thinkly sliced and 1 piece turkey ham
 Lunch- 1 slice buffalo chicken deli meat w/ 1 slice thin light cheddar, 1 slice tukey ham w/  1 slice light cheddar.  Less than 1/4 cup red beans
Dinner- sauteed shrimp w/ a little Franks Hot Sauce and steamed green beans
Snack- protein shake or sugar free lemon pudding

S:  Chobani Champion Orange Creme Yogurt
L:  Salad w/ chicken breast, chick peas, green peas, LF cheddar cheese
S: cheese stick or turkey stick
D:  no idea yet!

Woke up to snow in the flower beds this morning. My poor little daffodils just don't know what to do (well for that fact neither do I).

B: Chocolate Protein Shake
L: 2 Lasagna Cupcakes/Grapes
S: Greek Yogurt/NSA mandarin oranges
D: Chicken stir fry over brown rice
S: Hot ChocolateFF/protein bar

I'll do some form of gym exercise today, I know I will...I just don't know what it will be....

 looking at all these I am not getting in enough food.  But I really can't eat much at all.  I'm 3 months post op.  Is that normal?   

Anywho this is my day 

B  -  1 1/2 links turkey sausage.  
L - lean cuisine dinner  - their new spa version
D - maybe some tuna from the school cafateria.  I have two classes tonight and won't get home till 10:00 pm.  


I'm trying to get in my water in between .... it's a love/hate relationship with me and water!
