In our post-op worlds, it's so easy to focus so much on numbers and inches and clothing sizes that we forget to look within and work on seeing the inside, the contents of our hearts, and the issues we hold that pushed us down that hill in the first place.

The bottle is a nice thing to look at, but the contents are what's important.
