In a funk today....last longer run prior to the full an it was the worst six miles. No juice in da kitten... Rainy here now..
Carbopalooza so far..

Mini bagel with pb and banana slices prerun (overslept so no click today-- maybe that was the issue lol)

Mom and I hit cracker barrel after-- yogurt parfait and part of a muffin and a yummy azz granola pancake they have.

Two coffees

No clue on dinner probably firehouse

 Today is date night baby! We are going all fancy which we have not done in forever.  We both went out and bought new clothes and shoes for it...yes we are dorks but I can not wait!

B- coffee w protein
l- chicken breast w some cheese and bbq sauce.
D- I do not know but I know it will be amazing!

I have been grazing. Although before boot camp I had a banana and a Jif to Go (thanks Nik). Did my grocery shopping and I've been munching on this and that since I got home.

Had to work at a University Open House today...it's tiring, but it always fun to see all the bright new shiny first year faces.

B: egg/turkey bacon/toast
S: quest brownie bar
LL: deviled egg/4 cheese cauliflower/jerky
D: at Mom's -- don't know what's on the menu, but I'll make good choices
S: yasso greek yogurt bar/hot chocolate

Day of rest exercise wise (much needed).

It is absolutely gorgeous here today!!! I got up early and went to my youngest nephew's baseball game next town over. Now I am at my folk's house but will be leaving to take the dog to training class. This evening I finally get to see what the "Hunger Games" rage is all about, my nephew let me borrow it.

B - cottage cheese and SF jello with fruit
L - Jambalaya. No rice, but lots and lots of jambalaya

D - tilapia if I get to go grocery shopping, breakfast if I don't

S - depending on where I am calorie wise, probably Greek Yogurt and SF preserves.... or nothing

Had to get up early and go out of town after staying up late babysitting my 17 mth old grandaughter last night. Not such a good food day- I'd rather keep it to myself but that is not helpful to me. No more SECRET eating!

B- Protein coffee
L- Double cheese burger from Hardee's- ate about 1/4 of bun and pulled the rest off.

S- cheese slice & a handful of croutons
S- 2 frozen protein bite thingys from egg face's site (YUM)!

D- will be fried flounder, I won't eat the skin, SF cole slaw, and I plan to not eat the fries I'll fix for my husband. This is a dinner we have very rarely, maybe I won't do to badly.

It's so much easier to do well and stay on plan during the week!

I worked OT today. Hubby is making turkey roast for dinner. Then we are going for a walk.. It's a beautiful day in northern MN.. We live on Lake Superior.

For breakfast I had oatmeal, lunch was Greek yogurt with raspberries, and I had a large ff latte.

 realizing i've had pretty much nothing today, but i had a bit of a stomach bug yesterday so it's probably for the best...

b - 2 strips of bacon and 1/2 slice of toast
l - vanilla click over ice
d - don't know yet, i'm really not in the mood for something but i definitely need more protein. maybe chicken soup or something...

 oh and i'm on week 4 of the couch to 5k, so i ran/walked 2 miles in 35 minutes.

i also have a new obstacle getting to the gym (and school) since occupy wall street (and apparently every other group protesting anything in nyc) decided to move on up to 2 blocks from the gym and right by the subway station. making my decision to switch to a gym closer to home even easier...

 It's a weekend - I can tell by my eating!

B - protein bar on the way to yoga.

Sweaty sweaty power yoga - yay!

Bottle of water.

SF decaf skinny cinnamon dolce latte.

Another bottle of water.

S - 5 sf gherkin pickles, a lick of crunchy peanut butter.  I counted it as a tsp, even though it was actually less.

L - protein bar.  Actually, I was at Costco and they had Pure Protein samples, so I got one of each of the 8 flavor samples and it was the equivalent of a full bar.  My fave is still chocolate deluxe.  :)

S - apple while weeding the vegetable bed.  I tossed it on the compost pile.  :)

Spent two hours weeding and planting my new tomato bed.  I have 2 cherry types in pots and 5 bigger ones in the bed.  There's room for 4 more out there.  I heart tomatoes.  I eat them all the time!

Now I'm having a Lipton diet green tea.

Hoping to go out to dinner.  Maybe a steakhouse, maybe mexican - who knows.  I'm way down on calories so it could pretty much be whatever.  It's 7pm and I'm sitting under 700 calories for the day.
