Good things that happened today (in the order they happened):

1. The offer on my house was accepted
2. I got IN WRITING that the mortgage company is completely forgiving the remaining balance on my mortgage (and it's a substantial amount)
3. MY BABY NIECE WAS BORN!!!!
4. I totally nailed an assignment and got some "street cred" with folks at my job who are a TOUGH crowd
5. I just found out I won Melting Mama's giveaway for the Walk From Obesity and will be receiving a BRAND NEW Wii + Wii Fit!

Man! I shoulda bought a Mega Million ticket. Today seems to be my day.

Congratulations that is wonderful. We have someone interested in our house in Utah too. So very glad because two mortgages is tough.
