What's for dinner - Friday!

Well I finally got my gluten free pizza made! Yeah! Mushroom, turkey pepperoni, onions, fresh mozarella, and italian blend cheeses on a GF crust. I'm satisfied..now a frozen Greek yogurt bar for dessert...then off to bed, have to work tomorrow.

Congrats on finding a good agency! That can be invaluable.

Breakfast today - nonfat Fage with a heap of ground flax and SF vanilla syrup.

Lunch - Leftover chicken salad that had way too much mayo. Blech.

Dinner - Two plain turkey dogs (they're small) and a few spoonfuls of mixed veggies.

I haven't had nearly enough protein OR calories today, so I need to get eatin. Been busy today! In a little while, I'm gonna make a deviled egg with hummus instead of mayo.

Then after that, I'm gonna watch some TV while sipping tomato soup mixed with unjury chicken protein and cottage cheese.

 Congratulations on finding a good rental agency.  I know everything will be ok for you and your family.

Very, very busy today at work....no such thing as quiet Fridays at my work.  

Breakfast:
Quest cinnamon bun bar

Snack:
sugar free caramel latte

late Snack because I had  a very important meeting at lunchtime:
handful of dry roasted mixed nuts

Lunch around 2:
corned beef, andoille and roasted pepper hash with cabbage sauteed with carmalized onions and bacon

Dinner:
stopped on the way home for a small sub since I am exhausted

Had to pick up a prescription for Ativan...ever taken it?  The doc prescribed it to take right before an MRI on my back since I hate enclosed places and wanted me to take one this weekend to see how I do with it.  Wonder if it will knock me on my ass since I never take anything except vitamins and allergy medicine.
