Ok, I want pizza. For real. I may have some. Cheese, of course since it is Meatless Friday. But still!!!

When you want pizza, you want pizza, dammit.

I probably need to go to the gym today too. You know...to "earn" the pizza.

LATE BREAKING NEWS!!!! I found this awesome rental agency that is helping me find rental properties. All of them look NICE, are within my PRICE RANGE and the process is very manageable. I feel like life might just be ok!!!!

WOOT!

Ok so here's what I've eaten today:

1. Muscle Milk Light
2. Spicy Quinoa and Beans then a sf/ff chocolate pudding cup with some whippage

The last few days I've made a conscious effort not to listen to my food demons when they tell me to eat way more than I should. I am taking it one day at a time y'all. Today, so far, has been good.

So...what's on YOUR plate?

Today I need to get to the gym or go for a swim or something!  My knees are hurting, likely weather change and walking on the noon hour in the wrong type of shoes (I'm a barefoot exerciser and I've been wearing shoes with thick soles..not good for my knees!)

Today I had:

B: Premier Protein Chocolate Shake
Lunch:  4 oz Chili, very meaty chili
Dinner - other 4 Oz chili likely
Snack - probably some melty cheese or soy nuts..

Water...well no****er but drinkages...lots..6 cups sf juice and 1 12 oz coffee and 12 oz herbal tea..I'm swimming in one way today!  I'll try to have another few cups of water today..tonight

Over all a good eating day!

Are you able to eat pizza after surgery? I always wondered that! Obviously much smaller quantities but can your pouch handle it okay? I sure hope so...I love the thin cracker type crust yummm!

I can eat pizza...altho I actually settled on a crabby melt sandwich from Grilled Cheese & Company. But La Petite Diva ate 1/2 of one of the halves.

I'm kinda afraid to log it.

Oooo grilled cheese & co.  A happy place filled with smell of grilled cheese.  Nothing bad can happen there.

Only had the salad since surgery but I inhale my share of cheesy goodness.

I did not ignore my food demons this morning. I'm just going to say it involved a $6.00 coffee and a horrible entry on my food log. Which in turn led me to exorcise my shopping demons..

Got no clue what's for dinner.

I took my dog and went on a one mile bike ride, but I'm not really counting it as exercise (for me****pt it pretty easy because Rio was having to jog alongside. I stopped and let him rest a minute (and he got another rest when my chain came off), and then I went reeeeaaallly slow and let him walk. (he was on strict rest from July - Feb because of major surgeries on each knee in July and Nov, so he is just getting back in the game)

I think I am going to end up having "breakfast" for dinner
- 1pc P28 bread, ham, egg, cheese

I've had a snackie kind of day, but so far, some how my calories are still going to be ok

B - Chike vanilla, skim milk, strawberry jello powder
S - (forgot this on the earlier thread) - laughing cow light sundried tomato and basil cheese
L - mesquite flavored tuna, asparagus, cherry tomatoes
S - Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Krunchie Lite ice cream
S - 3 mini chocolate rice cakes

Lent is getting really old.... I'm over on my carb buget and giving up clothes shopping has given way to needlessly buying cute sandles!

B- egg beaters with cheese, nuts
S- protein latte
L - stir-fry veggies, greek yogurt
S- another latte
D- broccoli cheddar soup, strawberries
