ok so i tried and it was a mostly fail. really i just made too much of the inside stuff, so i turned it into a pizza type thing, and then realized i don't really like the egg with it so i'm just eating the inside stuff, which is good and a meal on it's own (287 cals, 29 protein), just nothing like the intended meal.

In the post I warned against overfilling, mostly cuz I did that the first few times I made this and it wouldn't roll (or tore)! I did Mexican mostly because I already knew I liked the ingredients together in an egg scramble so it was simply a matter of preparing it differently.
But I admire the fact that you played with your food!

i always play with my food since i'm so picky. i don't think i've ever not modified a recipie lol.
with the overfilling it was more of a eh, it's already made so let's just throw it in kinda thing. that and i liked the stats it gave with that much stuff, considering before that i was only at 400 cals for the day
