What's for dinner? Thursday!
I had more of my new favorite- grilled chicken tenders smothered in salsa with a slice of pepper jack cheese melted on top, YUM! Need to add more veggies but too full at the moment.
For lunch we had pizza day at work, so I had the toppings off 1 slice of pepperoni and 1 slice of supreme with onions, peppers, mushrooms, canadian bacon, & cheese. Was gonna have a small salad I brought as well, but too full from the toppings. It's definitely been a small pouch day.
For breakfast I had nothing but coffee, which got me in trouble by 10:00. I've been having protein coffee every morning and a snack of greek yogurt or cheese stick or something around 9 am. This morning all I had in the pantry was a new tub of chocolate/peanut butter protein, which I love but NOT in my coffee! So I skipped it, added the scoop of C/PB to my yogurt & planned to eat it at 9. Got busy, drank 2-3 cups of coffee and 32 oz water, no hunger, so I forgot to eat. By 10 am I was suddenly shaking and lightheaded. I had gotten really good at heading off RH, but not this time. I will not do that again any time soon. I ate a protein bar and a cheese stick and after about 30 minutes I was okay. Guess that's why I was so full so quick when we had the pizza a couple of hours later.
